comfortable enough for a short journey, but since it lacks head rest it won't suuport an adult for long journey.

How does the xylo look with a bull guard,
or does it look better without it?

IMO this one is better than the Scorpio shield which some Xylo owners use here :frustration:

these are the models from classique. its a pretty good brand.
the first one is similar to mine, only difference is that its made of fibre & hence will break on impact. mine is made of PU (poly-urethene) which is like a hard rubber & hence does not break. also, this guard is painted white. i had the choice to get my guard painted, but i preferred black. reason is that i like it in black & secondly, black was its natural colour. if i get it painted, there is no guarantee how it will look after 3-4 years, maybe it will peel off or fade away.

all this guard bizness is stupid, the xylo does not need one & same for innova - not required at all....

IMO it is needed. At least to save your bumpers. But not these ones which were posted.

infact, keeping safety in mind, these guards are harmful. they are good to protect your bumper in very low speed impacts. but in high speed collisions, they negate the effect of the crumple zones & act as a hard barrier.

now now, dont ask me "then why did i fit this in my car?"!!!

Well, Raj is right as far as the crash worthiness is concerned, but more than anything I find people fit guards
    for 2 reasons
    1) Looks
    2) By fitting a Guard nothing can damage my car or hurt the occupants

If tanks are sold in the car market, then too people will fit them guards to them :frustration: :frustration:

I should get into the guard manufacturing biz, I will become a crorepati in no time :D

MOD NOTE: PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT MORE THAN 3 SMILEYS ARE PERMITTED.
    THANKS.

so, i'll go for a second thought about guards (at least till i find a suitable one) till then let it run as it is.

i dont know about other places much but in hyderabad you find that kind of traffic every where, i suggest to have one in hyderabad for sure, specially for newbies and people who cant judge the gap between your bumper to the one in front of you
