Re: Mahindra Xylo
additional warranty is a good choice always, because you cant expect what may go wrong with a car, so i say go for it

Re: Mahindra Xylo
sure, i shall go for it, i think extended warranty need to be availed by the end of normal warranty period only. but don't know if they will increase the rate.

Hahahahahhaha, :jump:
Fihast, I did not realise that you literally meant 'PLUG 'N PLAY' !
Truly a first for me to see the 'Plug & Plug Socket' in a car...... great going  Atleast its so convenient to disconnect when not in use... great!
How is the woofer quality??? Output?
-2nd POST-
Going by the quality of the Xylo, I also am considering for the extended warranty..... but then I may not keep the vehicle beyond 2 yrs if things are gonna go as they are.....
Latest weird occurance that I'm experiencing is a strange sound coming at times, its like when you hear a truck or bus braking, you hear that shrill sound (When their brake shoes are worn) - similarly have been hearing this sound but not when braking! That & another sound is the grating sound when the engine just goes above the 2k rev mark, if i lift off it disappears, kind of irritating too!
What about you fihast? are you hearing these strange sounds from your xylo as well???

Re: Mahindra Xylo
@vlad, i too have these sounds. but windows up and music on, these sounds are seldom heard.let me see, if it can give good mileage and less maintainance cost, i'll pardon the sound. And when the car is still and you step on the accelerator intermittently we can feel the vehicle noding as if a bull is ready to fight.
And for the socket and plug, i told it was done by myself, but u get smaller plug and socket, which'll look more esthetic in a car. spec's of bass tube i'll inform you.
@road rocket, it's just a plug and socket inorder to easily attach and detach the bass tube, b'coz when there is excess of luggage the boot can't accomodate the bass tube, so found an easier way myself, rather than pulling the wire and again connecting it. hope u got it( plug and play was just a simplification of me) lol
@abhinav, there's an amp inside the bass tube i hope?. isn't it?

Re: Mahindra Xylo
went a short trip yesterday, accomodating about 13 on board, the back row was filled by childrens, safest place- they won't open the door or window, and the middle row by 4 adults( i've made a small middle seat now) and two in front, i loved to drive it with this much load good pick up and not a bit of bouncing, even innova won't reach near it with this much load. Really felt proud of the vehicle. So, now i understand for what this vehicle was made for, yes to carry more people with more comfort. If u drive it with 2 or three person, u can't get the hidden comfort.
I love this machine yaar.
