I think it'll have less performance than Swift, Ritz is 75kg heavier than Swift VDi. But i think driveability will be good, because of the widespread torque(1750-2250 against Swift's 2000RPM)

the suprise is its Zdi model which is not available in swift, so ritz would have its safety features in its zdi model which is good.

I too like its front looks, side and rear looks separately. But don't like it, when all are put on the same car. They seems like they belong to different cars, especially the rear.

The Ritz can never match the looks of the i10 :worst:
Suzuki has a bad designer team.
The SX$ hatch is an idiotic supermini and has no place in India.

Don't know why you all don't like SX4 but the real fact is that its the most popular and VFM sedan available in market, after the Linea and its design is also good for Indian conditions.

Dude, were talking about the European SX4 hatch-over.
Well, that's what you call it, neither a proper hatchback, nor a proper crossover.

Its strange that the Ritz will have a ZDi varient and the Swift dosen't.. This might hamper the Swift diesel's sales. But then, the overall sales will increase and may be, that is what Maruti wants.. Swift should also get electric mirrors, which the Ritz is sure to get. Also, I think that the audio system of the Ritz will have 4 speakers and not 2.

for a-star he provided 4 speakers only in the zxi version, and for the vxi version he gave 2speakers so maybe even for the ritz the same thing applies

Ritz (Splash in European market) is a nice car. In the Scandinavian countries it is placed below swift and apparently Wagon R is no longer available in the product line!!! Check this http://www.suzuki.dk/modeller/prisliste.aspx?id=1525 Interestingly, Swift Sports model will cost more than the SX4 sedan :)
