Yeah vibhor. Not only that but also light in Boot. It remains on, as long as the Key is On. One thing with Mahindra is they list all the problems said by the customers in Job card, but i think they forget it once the car is taken in. On most occassions, i'd point out this hasn't been done and have to wait to get it done :frustration: . Poor service. Tata and Mahindra are cheating customers.

@napster, we took the car to an reputed mechanic, he opened and said everything is complicated and the parts are also not available outside. So we had to get it changed from them, no other possibilities. When the spares are not available outside, we'd have to listen to whatever the only dealer says.

I've made a online complaint, hoping to get a call by tomorrow. This time a bit serious, my Dad wants a clarification.

stupid people release a car and dont avail spares in the market, dont they have little sense that cars give problems and they need spares? 💢
along with that even mahindra started doing this to their customers now

That is really bad cc, Isn't there any specific switch for boot lamp?
The lamp is supposed to switch off automatically when boot is completly shut off.
I guess there might be a problem with boot too.It good that you have made an online complaint,Hope they listen and Keep us updated on same.

Yes, There are very less chances of returning money back but they can repair the parts for free.

he already did pay the amount so there is no point in replacing them, they need to rectify all the problems which are being faced even after the service and that too for free of cost, that would be a better thing

Yeah i know they won't return the money. But atleast the company(Mahindra-Renault) will come to know about the problem and may be more stricter to the dealer. The next time, they won't overcharge. Overall the Car is a good one. What spoils is the experience from dealers, A.S.S.

yes CC Renault is expensive in its spares and ASS department though its tie up with mahindra but they say parts are imported and not assembeled here which is why rates are this high, sad to know you experience CC.

Yeah vijy, but its not only Renault, M&M also plays a big deal. No perfection in jobs, overcharge on anything, (you have to pay for even water wash). For Swift water wash, alignment, interior cleaning all for free of cost.

:lol!: yeah, now i got a proof too. Ask raj, he'll confirm Mahindra's stingy behavior of charging for even water wash.
