The Micra interior dosen't look futuristic. It is purely functional at best. Everybody develops that kind of a dash nowadays with those typical looking AC vents to the placement of the stereo to the arrangement of the AC controls..!!

Well it is actually A-star, restyled and rebadged by Nissan. Any way, this is not coming to Indian now. It is Micra, which can be found at the beginning of this thread. Here is a pic of Micra

The looks of the A-Star is good, but the Micra looks odd from all angles. The interiors of the Micra are anyday better than those of the Pixo.

@dcargod, we are comparing A-star with Pixo and not Micra, as both A-star and Pixo are basically same vehicles.
To avoid confusion, here is the picture of Pixo.

Oh yes, thanks CC. I think the Pixo looks better than the A-Star in terms of exterior looks.

Firstly Nissan needs to improve their dealership network across nation, like other players ownership needs to be affordable and parts localised in time period, else it would be rich mans hatch to own.

Why the Pixo is Nissan’s star car
The Nissan Pixo was planned way back when the world worked brilliantly for Auto makers and suppliers. It was a time when all of them were having a good time.
But that isn’t the case now. Market trends reveal smaller cars are the best bet for car makers, especially in Europe where customers are down-sizing in favor of lower fuel economy and maintenance costs.
Nissan has been having a horrific time selling its cars in this recession-hit period, and the Pixo it seems, is the right car at just about the right time- small, stylish, cheap and fuel efficient. It won’t put them ahead of say Toyota or Honda, but will bring much needed relief.
Nissan Pixo goes to the U.K
Nissan’s made it official. Nissan Pixo, the hatchback derived from the Suzuki A-Star manufactured exclusively in India, which was revealed alongside the A-Star at the Paris Motor show last year, will park inside Nissan showrooms across U.K from June 1.
