Yes, Xylo is not at all bad in looks, to me but its just its short bonnet as I said earlier, which makes it looks odd. :)

may be vibhor, we just get used with the not so familier shape and size of a car, after some time in market which at its launch or in pictures doesnt appeal but checking out that in real doesnt seems that bad either, all about getting used to it.. :lol!:

To me Xylo is not a bad looker, it has average looks. The short bonnet and headlamps spoils its looks. I guess Mahindra should have tried something different and it went wrong. Good or bad, this is a success product.

But Xylo has a wait time for 1.5 months here in chennai. This proves car is quite good selling like hot cakes :)

i heard mahindra sold 1800 xylos in the first 2 weeks. all this at the time of recession.
the demand has made them ramp up production. its surely a success.

yes raj even i read in news few days back that mahindra has sold over 1800 vehicles in this due time, which doesnt show recession time in our market, and mahindra has pulled up their socks regarding their manufacturing to deal with its demand. It surely seems to be a winner!!

The demand is good and it sells well. But 1.5 months is just a marketing gimmick. You should be getting in a week or two, if you force the sales man. The same thing they said while i'm TDing. Three different persons including me went for a TD. One of them booked the car. The salesman first said 2 months, but later he agreed to give him in 10 days.

yeah CC thats true, but its always the dealers strategy to do this as it creates more hype in market, but overall yes you would agree that Xylo is getting accepted in market and people are buying it.
