Turbo or Non-Turbo?

Modern day diesel cars come with Turbo charger for various reasons like power, FE, etc.. But they fail in area called Turbo lag. You won't get the boost for a moment , then you get sudden urge of Power. The power delivery is not linear. IMO one can do better in a car low on power but with linear power delivery. My choice is non-turbo cars.

i voted for turbo
becasue once the turbo lag is over it is fun to drive with superb acceleration
and nowadays the turbo lag period is reducing so even better!

Me too prefer turbos.

i also prefer turbos. the turbo lag, as archit said is negligible in modern CRDIs. the turbo whistle is fun to hear a high revs too.
