[solved]suggestion for good speakers

I have booked a new swift Dzire VXI . Can u plz help me by suggesting a good set of speakers and if required a good AMP. the main reason is that the Head unit is inbuilt in the car.........
Also do u think i go for a seperate head unit without damaging the car panel......... :roll:

The HU is Dzire goes well with the dash, so don't change it. For speakers, go for JBL, it is good from my experience. Try this and if you are not satisfied, go for 4 channel JBL Amp.

pls tell me your budget buddy. i can suggest you speakers from 9000-90,000!
as crazycat said, i feel JBL is the best, if you leave the very expensive imported brands.

i think this should shit you needs:
front - JBL GTO608 - 6" component system - Rs. 6990/-
rear - JBL GTO 938 - 6"x9" 3 way speaker - Rs. 4990/-
go for a 2 channel amp or better 4 channel amp depending on your budget.
2 ch amp - JBL GT5-A402 - Rs. 5490/-
4 ch amp - JBL GT5-A604 - Rs. 8990/-

what about a subwoofer or basstube?

sure buddy agreeing with jbl...........budget upto 25k so i can add a good amp and sub as u suggest............

as your budget is 25,000, you cant add a mono amp.
so go for the speakers, it will cost you 11,000/-
along with the 4 ch amp, the total cost is 20,000/-

bridge 2 ch of the amp for the sub and the remaining 2 channels to the front speakers.

so with the remaining amount, good subwoofers are:
JBL GT5-S12 - 1200 W - Rs. 5250/-

or go for a basstube as in my scorpio-
JBL CS-1205T - 1100W - Rs. 6900/-

the basstube performs better than the sub, but takes up more space too.

yeah!!JBL is best!! :D

Why don't you try alpine if its available in your budget?

if your budget is 25K then forget the Head Unit, just go for 2 component speakers and a 2 channel amp that would make a lot of difference in overall sound quality, go for sub too even a 8inch would work
