Hi,

I would suggest a different section for all the tech articles or info that is currently there in the Performance Garage most of which posted by Swapzone which are informative but do not belong there. The Performance Zone should be only for members who have modded their personal rides and not of any other random internet car.

first we need to update the homepage, like its too dull, not shiny and attractive, looks very simple, we need to put some colour in it, make it sharp, i dont know how to work on photoshop muchelse i would have given you a clear image which is in my imagination

i support this

but i've seen most threads been shifted by mods to a diff section

if the sections are named clearly such confusions will not occur

Well, From the very starting of this forum, We have been avoiding to create new sections because we believe that more sections create more confusion for newbies.
However, I take your point that we should name the sections & their descriptions correctly.We will consider this with rest of the team.Thanks. :)

hey guys, i think we should have a search tab in the home page and which can search through all the sections and give results, i have been having this problem from the start about where to post, and if the topic already exists or not, and even if it exists with which name, so to avoid such confusions i think this can help a bit

There already is a search tab on the top bar.
Its not off the shelf but a dedicated page.

Yes napster, We do already have a "Search" feature, Its available in both options, Quick as well as Advanced. You can search the google from it too!

Thanks for the suggestions.We are already planning for stickers on TAI's 1st Annivarsary and about a good logo, We still need to find a good graphic expert who can design one for us.

There are many websites which display samples of logos and also design special ones. Not very expensive too.

I was wondering if you can add "Invite" option for all the users? This feature can help members to invite their friends, colleagues etc to join this forum! This way the forum can get more members.

You can also add "Referrals" option in the profile to show how many people have been invited or has referred by that person.

I've been noticing from that TAI is almost going dead thesedays, Don't know where all other members are, Also, One of the reason could be that we have closed New Registartions as we are shifting to new software.

Coming to your point, In the new forum, You may see this "Refferal" Option.

i said that because, there cant be two websites with the same address, how can you make a new forum with the same name and new software? and if you do that, the current website will no longer be available and if that happens, we will loose all the current data and then we wont be able to transfer data from here to the new forum
