Ceat cuts tyre prices!

Hi friends!

Following the two percentage point excise duty reduction announced by the Government today, Ceat has reduced the prices of its truck tyres. The new prices will be effective all over India with immediate affect, a press release issued by the company said. With the reduction, the company is passing to its customers the benefit of the excise duty cut, the release said. This is the third round of price cuts announced by Ceat within a span of three months. :)

Yes, I too saw this news. I hope the cut was around 100 - 175 :)

But its only on truck tyres!Or is it applicable to cars also? :)

No, I don't think so.

no guys ceat is mainly intrested in their captured trucks and bus tyres segment, mainly ommercial vehicles and not pvt. cars, though is a good move by ceat with third time price cut from them.
