When I went for replacement of Mirror, it was readily available. When Fuel Pump was replaced under warranty, that too was readily available. Some one removed the "LT" mongram from rear of my car. When I asked to fix it, it wasn't available and had to be ordered. Took around 15 days. So it all depends on spares.
That is the case with most manufacturers. They don't stock parts that doesn't need frequent replacement.

Yup. Even I wished to change my car's monograms and were not readily available. So have ordered them. Whatever needs frequent replacement is readily available. Plus Optra's spares are surprisingly cheap too.

But is this the case with Optra only or all GM cars spares are cheap, to say Aveo-Uva-Tavera and Captiva

Yes. Chevy has really worked hard to achieve this. They have done an aggressive localisation of the parts of their cars.
