Yup. Even I wished to change my car's monograms and were not readily available. So have ordered them. Whatever needs frequent replacement is readily available. Plus Optra's spares are surprisingly cheap too.

But is this the case with Optra only or all GM cars spares are cheap, to say Aveo-Uva-Tavera and Captiva

Yes. Chevy has really worked hard to achieve this. They have done an aggressive localisation of the parts of their cars.
