    :kewlpic: buddy.
i loved the alloys of the octavia & i loved the mean look of the corsa. the OHC & lancer are simply stunning.

by the way, thank god i dint join u'll for the drive. else u'll would have to deal with a toppled scorpio & its crazy driver trying to drift in a SUV! also, my ride would have been used to carry only the luggage & least photographed as its the least modified & hence least good looking, especially in front of the beauties we see in the pics!

scorpio is a RWD vehicle and hence drifting is possible in it, but the height might be a factor while drifting at high speeds

@ napster: yes, it RWD but a high C.G. coupled with soft suspension will make sure its tyres face the heaven. however, i have seen some crazy drifting attempts & 180s in a scorpio, on youtube.

oops, i took it the other way
what you said is also correct but this happens if they drift at high speeds like the corsa drift in the video, i've seen couple of crazy drivers in hyderabad who drift with their innova's and scorpios for taking u turns, infact i have a friend in college named karthik, he does it all the time with his innova

yes even i've sat in a drifting innova. but cant be sure about scorpio. it has a very high tendency to roll over.

i am not saying whether it can be done or not. of course it can be done. but it's not safe to do it in a scorpio as compared to a lancer or corsa or city. thats what me and i think even raj is trying to say here.

thats what i'm trying to say..
but more chance of toppling it over

its true the RWD drift better
and in my post on some other thread i have some drifting lessons for u guys... go through it
FWD do drift but then it can also be called oversteering as well

hey buddy, it may seem funny to you, but i love my car a lot to give it such a hard treatment. the only hard treatment given to it till now is lots hard acceleration, full throttle & rapid downshifts, which may be a norm for you! apart from this, it has only seen some moderate off roads (the types you can do with a 2 ton 4x2 SUV only!).

yes, i would have tried it once if i had a lancer or any sedan, but then, i would not risk with my scorpio for above mentioned reasons!
