Yes, I think it in the stock condition only, About its wheels and think they are also original. :)

its totally stock. those are original wheels. the bike itself is quite small. it struck me later that i should have taken a pic with me so that size comparison would be easy.
anyways here's some more info about it
this bike was launched in the early 1970s. it was launched by Escorts and named Rajdoot GTS and later also known as Bobby Rajdoot after being featured in the movie Bobby. If someone has seen recent movie Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, a red one was featured in it. It had a 175cc, 2stroke engine and a 3 speed gearbox. Riding the Bobby is an experience in itself.

i found these bikes being driven by migids and some kids few years ago, never seen the in the recent years
