    Cool HID's for i10 ?

    Post  zinam 10th May 2009, 9:00 am

    Hi All,

I am currently Owning i10 1.2 & really happy with its performance.

But i want to add Powerful Headlamps to my vehicle as the OEM is not that much great. its just 60/50W currently.

Any idea how much wattage can i add up more to get a powerful light for night drives?

Any idea about HID kits for i10? Will changing the lights from OEM void the warranty?

Please help me soon as i really find it difficult in Night drivings :(

When we install high power lamps, new set of relays are needed. As most of the installers, connect the headlamp directly to the batter(and not to the electricals), there shouldn't be any problem in warranty i guess(not sure though). 100/90 watts are a good option and can be found in many cars. If you opt for higher power,it might melt the headlight assemble(with clear lens).

Touching with electricals might void the car's warranty.
For the HIDs check out Phillips, Its a good brand.
