Merc launches limited Edition E-class!

Mercedes-Benz India has launched a limited edition of the E-Class, priced at Rs 43.4 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Mercedes-Benz would produce only 192 units of this edition, and the car would come with a 3.0liter diesel engine. The other features in the limited edition would include double-spoke light alloy wheels, LED technology tail lights and six different colour options.
“Mercedes-Benz E-Class is clearly the most sought after luxury car and we have sold over 16,000 units of this car since its India launch in 1996,” Mercedes-Benz India Managing Director and CEO Wilfried Aulbur said in a statement.
We feel this is Mercedes’ marketing stunt to get rid of current E-Class stock as the new E-Class is around the corner.

nice news RR. even i think this is for clearing their current stock. cuz the changes on this limited edition are very few. but i would love to see those double spoke wheels.any pics of the new wheels??

Oh yes, Jaguar will be a good option, but this Spl Ed. is targetted to those people who want their car to be status symbol and different from others because only 192 units will be made of this Merc.

C'mon!Didn't you read the very first post?Theres mentioned what all is included which makes this car "Special" lol.

Even though its a clearance sale, i would have definetly bought one of these if i had the money. Thats just because of the class and exclusiveness it oozes with. Plus the CDI diesel motor is both powerful and relaxed. The car also cocoons u well from the outside world and high speed stability is also awesome.
