TVS Launches new 'scooty streak'!

One of India's biggest two-wheeler manufacturers, TVS Motors, launched new ‘Scooty Streak’ in India. The latest model has razor sharp and sleek styling features. "Girls will find the Streak more comfortable as it has been made with the aim of offering the right mix of performance, style, convenience and comfort," TVS Area Sales Manager Arun Kumar said at the launch.
According to TVS, “The new LiTech engine makes the Scooty Streak light, zippy and the most fuel efficient bike in its class.”

The new model is the latest addition to its TVS Scooty range of products in India. It comes with added features and more comfort for girls. It has aluminum shock absorbers for stress free riding and the high contoured seat is specifically designed for maximum driving comfort. The ex-showroom price is Rs. 35,000 and comes in in five new colours including red, blue, black, pink and mauve. :)

TVS Scooty Streak: uses the same 90cc, 4-stroke air-cooled engine churning out 5bhp at 6500rpm and 5.8Nm of max torque at 4000rpm.Though the performance is not streak’s virtue, this tiny motor offers commendable performance. The refined and smoother pick-up impressed us. The low and mid-punch is superb and the motor is peppy. Streak top speed is a decent 67kmph and it got from nothing to 60kph in 10 seconds. However a higher displacement motor with more power would be exciting. Scooty streak delivers an impressive mileage of 47kmpl in city conditions where it is going to be used most.

Nice info voldemort. The engine is very small, so as the power output is. Top speed is also very less, even by girlie standards.

its just for female riders with travelling single rider on,as with the discplacement and power shows,though is very light and easy to handle by female riders as compared to activa or other gearless scooters.
