Front is really good & Rear could have been improved or modified from the existing ones

yeah mahindra seems not have touched rear as its same as is was on last update, but overall front looks gives a nice looks.Thanks Raj for the pics.

they have changed the rear bumper design and now its integrated with the side panels, unlike before.

But it is not visible, when we just see it. Only after deep observation, it is visible.

yeah CC, its not like something gets attention right at first sight that something has been changed in its rear too, but as raj said it has been as he owns one so he sights it easily.. :lol!:

No buddy, No interior pics.

interiors have not been changed.
the only difference is Xylo's 2 din CD player and Xylo's odd triangular gear lever.

There is a good news for the scorpio fans , mahindra is launching the refreshed scorpio on 6th march.
In 4 variants -- VLE > VLS>VLX>VLX AT
There won't be any air bags , roof ac or DDAS system that we have already seen in xylo .Only the two din music system of xylo will be there and also the electric side view mirrors..

2.2 mhawk engine for all variants?

I wish they had provided roof A/C and DDAS.

[Even i was waiting for those features (DDAS) but its not there.But the seats are much improved & the scorp will come with new colour also. All variants will have M hawk engine , & there will be one model with M2DI engine.. ]

lx sle vlx and vlx AT are the 4 variants.
all in 2.2 ltr mHawk engine. The gearbox too is refined (1st and 2nd gears)
there are 3 reverse parking sensors instead of 2.
stereo is same as xylo - 2 din - factory fitted in all except lx.
electrical orvm as in xylo top models.
grill has changed , chrome plated mahindra logo in front.
headlamps - looks have changed, projector type too.
huge fog lamps and fat-ass bumper :-D
Gen 3 Engine Immobilizer with transponder based ingnition key across all models - same as xylo
ABS better seats - cushion is softer like in xylo, dimensions of seats changed a bit to make mid row and last row seats more spacious.
NO ROOF AC - still available as accessories
side body cladding slight cosmetic change.


overall - engine config and feature wise a better scorpio, i still liked the raw and rugged looks of the 2008 version :-)

and puddle lamps on doors instead of footstep
